Our instructors typically hold advanced degrees, such as MDs or PhDs in neuroscience, psychotherapy, or related fields; and most importantly have strong backgrounds in education. Jobs typically include a combination of:

Due to the nature of our program, this work is part-time and contracted, with salaries starting at $75/hr.

Position 1: Instructor (Remote)
Type: Contracted
Salary: $75/hr
About: Our program entails 60 hours of live lectures per cohort, as well as 60 hours of asynchronous learning. The material covers a range of topics, including but not limited to:

As a remote instructor, you'll be responsible for a combination of:

Updating our curriculum as new research and data develop

Creating asynchronous education content, including video, audio and graphic educational materials

Synchronous (Zoom) Instruction

Tracking student progress
Qualifications:

Advanced degree (MD or PhD preferred) with focus on psychiatry, psychology, neuroscience, or related field

Professional experience working with psilocybin
-
Professional teaching experience
Position 2: Practicum Instructor
Type: Contracted
Salary: $75/hr
About: Our program culminates with 40 hours of hands-on learning, which takes place over five intensive days. As a Practicum Instructor, you'll be responsible for helping our students apply their knowledge and practice the skills necessary to facilitate psilocybin sessions safely and effectively. This education includes:

Proper client screening

Conducting a client interview

Conducting preparation sessions (individual and group)

Conducting administration sessions (individual and group)

Conducting integration sessions (individual and group)
Qualifications:

Advanced degree (MD or PhD preferred) with focus on psychiatry, psychology, neuroscience, or related field

Professional experience leading psilocybin sessions in individual and group settings

Professional teaching experience
