Please use the following form to submit your application, which will be reviewed within 48 hours of submission by our Lead Educators. We will contact you as soon as your application has been reviewed. Qualified applicants will be invited to an online interview and to begin the onboarding process.

Applicant Requirements
To apply, at minimum, applicants must:

Have one or more of the following education degrees or experiences:

A bachelor's degree in a science-related field

An advanced degree in any field (e.g., master's, Ph.D., or M.D.)

Professional experience in research, healthcare, mental health counseling, or related roles

Training in established plant-based or fungi-based healing traditions
-
Certification(s) or credential(s) related to psychedelics, therapy, or wellness

Have a valid driver's license

Be 21 years of age or older

Have a clean criminal record
Applications must be submitted no later than two weeks prior to the program start date to be considered for admission.
Program Eligibility Requirements
Non-Discrimination Policy: Oregon Psychedelic Institute (OPI) prohibits discrimination against its students, employees, and applicants for employment on the bases of race, color, national origin, age, disability, sex, gender identity, religion, reprisal, and where applicable, political beliefs, marital status, familial or parental status, sexual orientation, or all or part of an individual's income is derived from any public assistance program, or protected genetic information in employment or in any program or activity conducted or funded by OPI.
Cancellation: A student may cancel enrollment by written notice. If cancellation occurs within five business days of the date of enrollment, and before the commencement of classes, all monies specific to the enrollment agreement shall be refunded. If cancellation occurs after five business days of the date of enrollment, and before the commencement of classes, the school may retain only the application fee.
Withdrawal Procedure: Tuition refunds will be determined as follows (The following text provides the minimum refund policy pursuant to OAR 715-045-0036): If withdrawal or termination occurs after the commencement of classes and before completion of 50 percent of the contracted instruction program, the student shall be charged according to the published class schedule. The student shall be entitled to a pro rata refund of the tuition when the amount paid exceeds the charges owed to the school. In addition to the pro-rated tuition, the school may retain the registration fee, book and supply fees, and other legitimate charges owed by the student; 15 If withdrawal or termination occurs after completion of 50 percent or more of the program, the student shall be obligated for the tuition charged for the entire program and shall not be entitled to any refund;
